Accommodations - Camp Doom *
We will be setting up camp in vendor camping. We have already reserved/purchased designated staff vendor camping spots for everyone*. However, If you have already worked out your own accommodations (live in town, camping in GA with friends, etc), and do not need the vendor staff camping spot, please notate that below. *Please note, if you have chosen to camp in GA camping with friends, we do not purchase those spots for you, you are responsible for that.
As mentioned in the email, we will pickup your wristbands/credentials on Tuesday. Especially if you are camping, we would like you to meet us at Gate 1 (see the email for more details) on Wednesday at 1pm. If you are not camping, we would like you to meet us at 5:00 pm on Wednesday at Gate 1 to pickup your credentials before the staff meeting. If you are unable to meet us at any of those times, please let us know below.
We will have a staff meeting at our Booth in the main stage area on Weds, 8/22 at 5:30pm. Please confirm your attendance. *If we are unable to hold the meeting at our booth, we will let everyone know where the meeting will be held.
Please note, you are responsible for your own camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, etc). However, we might be able to find some additional tents etc if anyone is in need of borrowing. Let us know below.

We will do our best to schedule everyone so they can see at least 1 of their top 3 choices (last year I believe everyone got to see all of their top 3 shows). Please note, depending on everyone's show requests, we may need to divide up closing shifts to make it fair to everyone (this ensures that everyone has a chance to go see shows). The good news is, we are located in the main show field next to both main stages and will be able to hear all of the music. As mentioned above, last year it wasn't a problem and worked out pretty well for everyone. Below, please list the show that you absolutely do not want to miss. If you do not have any shows that you care about, or you are flexible, please notate that below.
